Cookies and your choices

Essential storage keeps the site and your privacy choices working. In the UK and Europe, analytics and marketing tools stay off unless you allow them. If enabled, these tools can help us measure visits and advertising.

You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the Cookie settings button on this site. You can also clear stored choices in your browser.

Who we share information with

We use service providers only where needed to run the business:

  • Stripe for checkout, payment processing, fraud prevention, receipts and refunds.
  • Vercel and Cloudflare for website hosting, delivery, security and technical logs.
  • Google for Tag Manager and any analytics or advertising tools you allow through our cookie controls.
  • Professional advisers or authorities where reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect legal rights or investigate fraud.

These providers process information under their own notices or under agreements with us. We do not sell your personal information.

Some providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where data protection law requires it, we rely on an approved adequacy decision or contractual safeguards designed to protect the information. You can ask us for more information about the safeguards used.

How long we keep information

We keep information only for as long as it is needed for the purpose described above. Transaction, refund and accounting records may be kept for up to six years where needed for tax, legal or audit purposes. Support messages are normally kept for up to two years after the request is resolved, unless we need them for longer to handle a dispute or meet a legal duty.

Your cookie choice remains in your browser until it expires or you clear it. Provider retention periods can vary according to the service and its settings.

Triple Lock Method does not make decisions about you based only on automated processing that have legal or similarly significant effects. Payment providers may use automated fraud checks under their own privacy notices.
